One evening, while watching the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show from Madison Square Garden in New York City, we saw J.R., a Bichon Frise, win Best in Show. He was so cute and adorable. Once we saw him, we were hooked and couldn't wait to get one of our own. On October 13, 2002, our dream came true when we purchased Buddy from a local, reputable Bichon Frise breeder.
